Steam clean air conditioners / bathroom ventilators
Cleaning steps：
1. Check air con/thermal ventilators' functions
2. Apply protection around air con/thermal ventilators
3. Dismantle the parts of air con/thermal ventilators
4. Using German's Kärcher steamer to steam clean various parts of machine
5. Clean the draining hose (for air conditioner)
6. Re-check air con/thermal ventilators' functions after cleaning
7. Clean up all the tools, make sure the place is clean and tidy
8. Apply airDefender - Antibacterial & Antivirus Sanitizing Mist
Terms of Service：
- $500 deposit is required once booking is confirmed. If we do not receive the deposit 3 days after booking, we may cancel the booking.
- If need to change the booking date and time once confirmed, please inform in your earliest convenience
- If rescheduling/cancellation is requested at least 3 working days before booking date, it can be change free of charge.
- If rescheduling/cancellation is requested within 3 workings days of the booking date, the $500 deposit will be confiscated.
-If the customer's unit or the elevator lobby of the building needs to go up by stairs, an additional $50 is added for each floor
-If the distance between the nearest parking spot for unloading tools and the service address is more than 50 meters apart, a HK$100 loading fee will be charged
- If the ceiling height is more than 10 feet/3m, the "Weekday Extra Special" rate cannot be applied
-The remote surcharge is $100 for Tung Chung, $350 for Discovery Bay, $1,200 for the restricted area of Lantau, please inquire for quotation for other remote areas
- Warranty: First 2 weeks, we will come and provide suitable solution for any problems; 2-4 weeks, will come and provide solution regarding dripping only
Professional disinfection service
Disinfection steps:
-Review the site environment, measure and plan the disinfection range and disinfectant dosage
-Completely disinfect the sealed area
-Seal the space for 30 minutes until the disinfectant penetrates every corner
Precautions:
-In order to make the disinfection coating evenly adhere to the surface of the object, please clean the space and the surface of the object in advance, and open the cabinet door and drawer in advance

-After confirming the appointment date and time, please notify in advance if you need to change/cancel

Photocatalyst antivirus / Formaldehyde removal service
Basic spraying area (Under 3m)：
- Entrance
- All the walls and furniture' surface
- Kitchen (Sink and utensils surface)
- Bathroom (Sink, toilet and utensils surface)
Precautions：
- The particles of airDefender is very small, and can stick on dust's surface, so please clean the unit before spraying
- As a protection surface is formed after spraying, so there is no need to apply cleaning. But if special cleaning is needed, please do it after one day
- airDefender can withstand the use of bleach, alcohol, detergents etc. for afterwards normal cleaning

Cleaning service after renovation
Notes：
- All cleaning materials, including towels, heads of brush etc., will be disposed after each use
- All closets will only clean the exteriors if items are already placed inside before cleaning
- Services not included: the outside of all windows, air conditioners, thermal ventilators, curtains, carpets, expensive items, crystal lamps, dangerous items, and handling of large size rubbish
- Customers should inspect and confirm the condition immediately after cleaning, we will not be responsible for any issues arise afterwards.
- If during service, any loss of property happens due to the fault from our staffs, the highest compensation is HK$1,000.
